Liliana Trukawka

Lili is a Colonic Hydrotherapist, member of ARCH and CNHC. 

Colonic Hydrotherapy is the cleansing of the colon with the gentle infusion of warm, filtered water to get rid of accumulated faecal matter that contains toxins that can seep trough the intestine walls into the bloodstream, negatively affecting many aspects of our overall health and wellbeing. 

Before working as a Colonic Hydrotherapist, Lili had a successful career in the nutraceutical industry, both in sales and education. 

Lili has a passion to help her clients with resolving and managing digestive issues using colon hydrotherapy, nutrition, supplementation and stress management. In addition, Lili has a great interest and passion for energy healing, reiki, crystal healing and using it to educate others to navigate through stresses of day-to-day living. Her goal is to provide her clients with knowledge and tools to improve their connection with their bodies, mind and spiritual awareness.
