Helen Gardiner is a highly qualified Naturopath and Western Medical Herbalist with extensive clinical training and experience in Australia.
Her early career dates from 1980 as an educator in a Women's Health Clinic and since has completed four year degrees in each of naturopathy and herbal medicine, a degree in plant science, and qualifications in remedial massage and holistic counselling.
Helen's multi disciplinary approach includes the use of orthodox medical tests, naturopathic and differential diagnosis to provide an holistic treatment plan which may include personal prescriptions for herbs, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle changes.
Helen provides treatment for digestive and metabolic health, reproductive health, the immune system, the nervous and endocrine systems, the respiratory system, cardiovascular health, muscular and skeletal conditions.
