Christina’s passion is to provides a complete healthcare system or regime, restoring health at its source, incorporating Functional medicine and lymphocyte typing for chronic or acute diseases.

She has a degree in biochemistry & quantum science and a master’s in medicine from University of Southern California, specialising in integrated medicine (Functional Medicine). Christina is a specialist of MEGeMIT, (2019) and regular participant of the working group. She also researched tropical medicine at Imperial College London.

Integrated Medicine is a patient oriented, evidence-based approach, it seeks to help people achieve and maintain excellent health. An evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. Unique bespoke programs are tailored to your individual needs. These utilise natural methods, functional testing such bioenergetics, and nutrient rich nutrition; not only deducing the causes of disease and dysfunction, but addressing it at its source, rather than suppressing symptoms. Founded on a holistic view of health, Functional medicine delves deep into the biochemical and genetic individuality of each patient. Bioenergetics is a multidisciplinary field involving biology, chemistry, and biochemistry. It is concerned with the flow of energy through organisms at the cellular level. The goal of bioenergetics is to describe how living organisms acquire and transform energy to perform biological work. Practicing since 1998 Christina works with you to enhance core immunity and achieve optimal health and energy.

Micro-immunotherapy: A state of the art treatment which helps us re-programme the body. It can be used in any condition associated with acute or chronic inflammation which may be due to chronic infection with virus (not bacteria or fungi), allergy or autoimmunity. Micro-immunotherapy allows the immune system to recover to normality through a series of remedial chain reactions. It can be combined with other treatments and is particularly helpful for the very sick patient who is intolerant to all else. It is comprised of tiny doses, but not homeopathic doses, of bio-identical mediators (messengers) of inflammation namely: neurotransmitters, cytokines, growth factors, hormones, and specific nucleic acids. Some combinations of specific nucleic acids interfere with viral RNA reproduction, and this explains anti-viral effects.

Gut Health: Since specialising in gut health Christina co-ordinated trials with Great Ormond Street hospital for inflammatory bowel disease. The paper published in 2010, indicating the cause and effect of prebiotics/probiotics vs steroid treatment in Crohn’s Disease, is now part of the Functional Medicine degree course.

Auto-Immunity: An auto immune disease is the result of the immune system giving an abnormal response by attacking it instead of protecting it. Viruses, stress, mould, myco-toxins, pesticides, EMF’s (electro-magnetic frequencies) and environmental toxins can trigger auto-immune diseases. Inflammatory bowel disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, and Graves or Hashimoto, Psoriasis, Addison’s and vasculitis are a few of the many (approx. 80) diseases.

Allergies: Allergic reactions can range from annoying congestion to life-threatening anaphylactic shock. They can be caused by pollen, food, pollution, latex, animals, and mould.
