Sometimes we limit ourselves and our potential. Many talented people develop the belief that they are destined to remain in their current situation or cannot make the changes needed to move into a new career.  This is usually the problem.  Life coaching helps you to break negative belief patterns and set challenging goals.

Coaching is not therapy.  Coaching focuses on your life now and how to move it forward to where you want to be in the future.

Coaching is beneficial for anyone wanting to make small or large changes to their life. Psychological problems such as depression and anxiety are not appropriate for coaching and need to be addressed by counselling or psychotherapy.
