Tai Chi

In everyday life we come under three forms of attack:

PHYSICAL ATTACK: an attack or mugging on the street as you walk home at night.

VERBAL ATTACK:  you find yourself in an argument with a stranger or colleague, your husband, wife or child, or your boss shouts at you at work.

INTERNAL ATTACK:  negative thinking, regrets. ‘That little voice in your head tells you 'I'm too fat" "I'm not good looking enough" "I don't have the confidence".

By practicing TAI CHI you learn to yield to overcome these three forms of attack, which in turn leads to a more natural way of being.

For Group classes, please wear loose dark clothing. tai chi students practise in a class where they essentially move as one. therefore by wearing loose dark clothing, the teacher and individuals will not appear to stand out from each other.
