Simply Meditation
The meditation techniques taught on this course are very simple to follow and easy to practice, you begin to feel the benefits almost immediately and it only requires a 5 - 10 minute daily practice.
The Simply Meditation techniques will leave you feeling energised, calmer, healthier, and able to participate on an effective, practical level in your daily life.
Many people find it very difficult to switch off the constant mental chatter going on daily in their mind. Meditation trains you to control your mind instead of your mind controlling you.
During the course we will cover a wide range of topics on how Meditation can help you from Good Health, Creativity, Mental Ability, Stress Reduction and Emotional Balance.
Most important of all, Meditation gives us the ability to change how we feel inside.
The Simply Meditation Course takes 3 hours to complete in full and it's best to learn the different techniques in three, 1 hours sessions. This gives you times to set up a regular meditation practice of 5 minutes per day.
The course is divided into 3 categories, Simply 1, 2 and 3. As each session is unique, you can do Simply 3 before you do Simply 1.
This format gives you the chance to learn Meditation over three consecutive weeks or over a much longer period. The way to get the most benefit from Meditation is to be able to set up a regular daily practice of about 5 minutes a day. This format lets you decide what is the best way for you to learn how to meditate so it becomes a regular part of your life.
It can be taught in private sessions or in a small group.
Meditating with a group of people regularly can help support your private practice at home. Once you have completed the course we offer free meditation sessions at The Hale Clinic, 7pm every Friday and 11am every Sunday (excluding public holidays).

Simply Meditation courses take place on:
Thursday lunchtime: 1.00pm – 2.00pm
Thursday evening: 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Saturday afternoon: 3.15pm – 4.15pm
