Micro Skin Needling

Dermal Roller SRTM is a precision engineered hand held medical device that helps combat the appearance of scars, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, stretch marks, cellulite and even hair loss. Micro skin needling encourages Collagen and Elastin production within the skin and helps to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections making the skin smoother, brighter, healthier and younger looking.

Dermal Roller SRTM uses 192 micro needles to part the pores on the top layer of the skin without damaging them. The pores close approximately one hour after using the roles, during which your skin has the ability to soak up the nutrients of skin creams and lotions will increase.

To speed recovery, balance the skin and stimulate appropriate cellular function a Vit & Mineral serum and a Medical grade Hyaluronic Acid mask is then used, carrying up to 1,000 times its own weight in water.

The needles are made from Japanese surgical still of the highest quality medical grade available. The Dermal Roller SRTM also contains the smallest amount of nickel (1.5%) on the market, so incidents of allergic reactions are almost impossible.

A local anaesthetic cream is applied to the local area for about 20 min. When the skin has been   cleansed and sterilized a precision engineered hand held medical device is then used. These needles penetrate the upper layers of skin to a depth of up to 1.5mm (depending on the needle length used) providing a clear channel for topical gels and creams to be absorbed more effectively through the top layer (epidermis) of skin. Micro needling creates a very minor (almost microscopic) trauma which lasts for a short period of time.
