Counselling
Similar to Psychotherapy, counselling provides a private and confidential space for clients to discuss whatever challenges they might be facing, with a professionally skilled therapist. The therapist does not tell the client what to do; rather, they hold a space for the client to share their thoughts and feelings.
Having a place to explore your difficulties and issues with someone who is separate from the rest of your life, and who won’t judge or advise you, may help facilitate the unlocking of your feelings, so that you can come to understand more about yourself.
