Stefania D'addetta

Stefania D’Addetta has over thirteen years experience within the complementary health sector. Her passion for massage, especially when applied in a remedial context, led her to further studies in the importance of educating clients in their own rehabilitation process.

Through her experience of Remedial, Myofascia and Sports massage, combined with her skills in the Feldenkrais method; Stefania is able to provide a complete therapeutic treatment that works on the whole body, improving not only anatomical structure, but also physiological systems such as the endocrine and nervous system. Stefania is able to give her clients the tools they need to maintain and bring endless improvement to their body functions.

Stefania teaches at the London School of Sport Massage where her practical contact with her colleagues continually stimulates her learning process and keeps her abreast with the latest developments within her field. Stefania regularly attends seminars internationally which have included workshops on ‘healing eyesight and optimising vision’, and ‘Scoliosis’.

Stefania also works at the Royal Free Hospital, Belsize Park London.
