Marguerite van Boetzelaer
Marguerite has been a teacher of the Alexander Technique for over 15 years and is a member of the Society of teachers of the Alexander Technique. She was also one of the first Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioners in the UK (1 of 10), and finished her 3 year training in the Feldenkrais Method to further help people increase their awareness through Movement.
Marguerite has explored a collection of disciplines such as; Meditation Aroma-therapy, Reiki, Buteyko, and the work of Carlos Castenedas. Her collective knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal and bodywork have enabled Marguerite to work within a wide variety of contexts including: voice training professional musicians and performers, applying The Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais method for horse riders and their horses, and working alongside Speech Therapists and Physiotherapists in several central London Hospitals, including: The Chelsea and Westminster hospital, Charing Cross and Cromwell hospitals.
Marguerite was involved with the NHS to launch a trial pack for back pain; details of the success of this project can be read in the full British Medical Journal report. She has also featured in National newspaper and magazine editorials.
