Born in the heart of the Pyrenees, Axelle Bonaparte grew up with a strong relationship to the harmonious cycles and rhythms of the Natural world. Her appreciation of Nature’s behaviour transcended into that of the human condition, leading her to explore various self-development techniques to further deepen her awareness and knowledge of ways in which people can reach their full potential; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Axelle qualified as a Metamorphic Technique practitioner in 2007, and has since qualified as a certified Metamorphic Teacher with Gaston St Pierre, founder of Metamorphic Association.

Axelle offers Metamorphic treatments and also offers courses in which you can learn about the techniques and the philosophy of Metamorphic. She is a member of the Association of Metamorphic Technique as well as the Complementary Therapists Association.

Metamorphic Technique is NOT a therapy, it's an approach to self-healing. Axelle works on the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head using a gentle touch and a light tapping. The technique is all about "switching on the engine" so the Life force and the Inner Intelligence of the clients shift energy patterns, physical blocks and destructive behaviours at their own pace.

Health conditions which can be helped by the Metamorphic Technique include: eating disorders, addictions, arthritis, chronic fatigue, stress, trauma, insomnia, difficult pregnancy, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, learning difficulties, difficult behaviour and chronic disabilities, as well as transitional periods like career changes, moving home, break-ups/divorce, bereavement or simply when stuck, uninspired or lacking energy and purpose.
