Sandra is an Integrative Counsellor specialising in combining her counselling skills with CBT and EFT techniques. The therapeutic benefits of these complementary approaches are evident and clients are not only able to express and explore their problems, they are also freed from the underlying emotional attachments to the events, thereby enabling them to move on with their lives in a positive way.
In her practice as a Complementary Health Consultant Sandra has developed an all encompassing holistic approach and is also trained in:

Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling)
Holistic Massage
Her professional expertise and experience allows her to treat the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of a person, and not just their apparent problem. Whether a client books for a specific treatment, or simply presents with issues that need addressing, Sandra integrates her knowledge and skills to deliver a bespoke therapeutic journey to improve the overall wellbeing of the client.
