A history of childhood illnesses including otitis media (glue ear), asthma, migraines and multiple food intolerances; developed toxic overload, through Helen's system, that over time manifested as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and M.E in her early 30s. IA combination of diet and complementary therapies improved Helen's health to the extent that she was inspired to return to college to learn how to cleanse the body properly and safely.
Helen studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualified as a Naturopath specialising in Acupuncture in 2004. She went on to train as a Colon Hydrotherapist under Dr Milo Siewart, founder and honorary president of The Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH) and Roger Groos, at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy in 2005.
Helen uses a combination of colonics, liver cleanses and advice on diet in her practice to promote a well functioning digestive system. As a Naturopath, she believe that the first defence against disease is cleansing and detoxifying the body, paying particular attention to the liver and colon.
