Jo Lunn originally trained in reflexology and sports massage, and was a gym instructor for the World Amateur Body Building Association before qualifying as a Bowen practitioner in 2004. Jo was inspired to train in the Bowen Technique following very successful treatment for a chronic back problem. In 2007 she became a teacher with the European College of Bowen Studies.
Jo’s passion and convictions in the power of the Bowen Technique are reflected in her volunteer work with injured war veterans and regular contribution to health and consumer publications.
