Georges Mouton is an internationally renowned pioneer of Functional Medicine, and lectures extensively throughout Europe, America and Asia. Dr Mouton has written two books and is in the process of writing three more. He has authored “Les méthodes du Docteur Mouton” (The methods of Doctor Mouton), which explored the latest developments in Functional Medicine as applied to sports (Editions Luc Pire, Brussels, 2002). He recently also published “Ecosystème intestinal et santé optimale” (The intestinal ecosystem and optimal health), a comprehensive analysis of the impact of intestinal function on general health, containing 512 pages and 1355 scientific medical references (Editions Resurgence, Liège, 2004). Books in preparation include dietary guidelines for dairy-free and gluten-free diets, as well as a new concept of applying a Functional Medicine approach to animal health.
